Claudine and Family, I was saddened to get the news of Bob's passing. I got to visit with the two of you too rarely. He and I shared several interests: politics, music, and theater to name three. I don't know your plans for a memorial, and I will be out of Oregon during October, but if I'm in the state, I plan to see you.
My condolences and love.

Claudine and Family: Bob was very much a part of our community and will be missed. I so enjoyed working with Bob in Bandon Playhouse productions. He had a solid, well grounded personality that came across in the parts that he played. He also did comedy parts well. He was supportive of our National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees Chapter. We looked forward to seeing him at our meetings. We carry the memories and spirit of friends and family with us, and Bob will remain a part of everyone he associated with.

I just detected the news of Robert's death in the internet, as I am appropriate for the Hundhausen family-tree and changed letters with his father already when he still lived in Hayden Lake, ID. My sincere condolences to Claudine and all in the family from Germany. Werner Hundhausen
