Woodward, William Earl ‘Bill’ September 10, 1940 Coquille, Oregon – September 4, 2017 Bandon, Oregon On Monday, September 4, 2017, Bill Woodward passed away at the age of 76 years. Bill will be remembered by his loving wife of 54 years, Melva, his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Phyllis Woodward and by his brother, James ‘Cricket’ Woodward. He was born in Coquille and raised in Coos and Curry counties. He served in the Navy and his vocations included log truck driving and commercial fishing. His passion was fishing and he was one of the best around. Melva, I saw Billy's obituary in the Port Orford paper. I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear about your loss. I have some special memories of the old days.
